At the click of a button, the engine will match the candidates in your database, Juno Recruit then applies its unique rating system to give each candidate a matching score.
The unique match rating system returns a score out of 100% for each candidate against a particular job or search.
The advanced searching system will make it easy for you to pick out candidates based on much or as little information as you have to hand. Narrow them down by skill set; location; previous application or role – there are many, many more. You specify the search parameters you want, making the search as detailed or as broad as you like.
You may have found a search that you need to repeat time and again, so for that reason you can save it. Saving a search doesn’t just save a list of names however: it saves the way that you found them – creating a dynamic list of candidates that fulfil particular criteria. That means that every time a new candidate is entered or registers online, and they match your saved search then they will appear in that dynamic list.
Through your online jobs forum, prospective candidates will be able to register their details with you and (pending your approval) they are then entered into your database. They will then be able to build their own CV using the unique CV Builder, alternatively they can just upload a Microsoft Word, or Adobe PDF format CV.
If you set a job as public, then it will appear in your jobs forum and applicants will have the opportunity to apply online. You can then read their supporting statement (entered with each online application) and choose how to handle their application.
You may wish to inform a set of your candidates of a particular role, or possibly just drop them a line to let them know you’re thinking about them. With the Juno Recruit template system you’ll be able to send repeat correspondence or alternatively you can write your own message and send it by either email; SMS or make use of the Microsoft Mail Merge functionality and post it out to them.
