Keep it Simple

Employer records include their name and address, and more importantly the people inside that company that you speak to. Keep a list of employer contacts, and select which of those contacts should be sent candidate information.

Employer Tracking

Keep track of how many roles have been advertised and filled by one employer and compare it to another, in this way you’lsl be able to track specific performance. You’ll also be able to identify trends in their hiring and target them at appropriate times.
