Creating a job couldn’t be easier, simply define a set of popular fields like job title; dates and salary, choose whether you would like it to be public or not and it’s done. The date picker means you can pick the dates in just two clicks of the mouse. If that’s not easy enough, you can use an existing job as a template and just change the title, dates and reference for example.
You may also define a category for each job, and to make things easy, each category has a default skill set, so you won’t have to enter in a skill set for every job (unless you want to.) The default skill set is suggested for the new job, and you can filter out the bits you don’t need.
Search or browse your jobs to see how many applications they have received or how many candidates you have put forward. The list of these candidates and their respective match scores are displayed for you to browse.
You’ll never have an out of date job advertised thanks to the warnings feature in your control panel, when you are notified about upcoming expiry dates. You’ll be given quick options to let the job expire, extend its date or just edit it.
You can also keep track of all the roles you have successfully filled and see how you are performing visually with a graph of time vs positions filled. That graph will be an excellent indicator of your activity for the defined period.
